Cleft lip and palate is a congenital deformity associated with maxillary sagittal transverse discrepancies. Feeding an immediate concern in children born cleft as it delays their normal growth. A feeding plate essential for proper nutrition, has role craniofacial development decreases the incidence of otitis media nasopharyngeal infections.
